Due to the nature of the handcrafted, botanical products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're unsatisfied with the product, please reach out within 14-days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right-whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
