Cancelation Policy
The Fine print.
24 Hour Advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for us to tend to the needs of another guest.

If 24 Hours advanced notice was not given, this is a "Late Cancelation" and will be charged 100% fee to cover for the therapist time.
This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment.

No-Shows, will be charged as a "Missed appointment" and will be charged the full amount of the session.
This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Late arrivals of 5 minutes, will have the scheduled session shorten to accommodate the next appointment. The therapist will determine if there is enough time for a shorten session or if rescheduling is needed.
Regardless of length of session due to late arrival, the full amount of the session will be charged. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment.
